Lutzow Uhlans

I have almost finished the next batch of figures. They need a second coat of varnish and basing to finish them off.

The Officer and Standard bearer are conversions using a Prussian Dragoon and a bit of Milliput.

Thanks to WM for the image of the flag which I have made from an old coke can.

    1. Thanks Dave. I am still learning how to do metal flags. The lettering is not as good ss I want it. I wonder if I can find a fine tip gold pen.

  2. Nicely done Mark...
I love the way that ‘shiny ‘ black always looks so much ‘brighter ‘. ;-)

    All the best. Aly

  3. Magnificently black and shiny, Mark. Well done!
As for lettering, Mr Dudley, I'd day you've not done too badly at all. I've resorted to doing tiny joined-up dots, but it's terribly slow work.
    Happy Easter, WM

    1. I had not thought of using dots. It will take longer but it will give me more control. Thanks for the tip.

    1. I am still learning how to paint flags. I do need to practise some more before I try making British flags out of coke cans.
